Hey, Samir here. Look, this page is usually where lawyers write 5,000 words of confusing gibberish to cover their own backs. I’m going to do this differently. I’m going to tell you, seller-to-seller, what this tool is, what it isn’t, and what you’re responsible for. No fluff.

Industrial Specification Disclaimer

Smart Label Print utilizes an advanced high-fidelity rendering engine for precision industrial labeling. However, you must understand:

  • Millimeter vs. Pixel Translation: While we target precision down to 0.5mm, the translation from digital coordinate systems to physical printheads is subject to hardware variables. We do not guarantee absolute physical dimensions across all printer models.
  • Symbology Scannability: We generate 1D and 2D codes (DataMatrix, PDF417) based on mathematical symbology standards. We are NOT liable if a barcode fails to scan due to low print density, smudged thermal heads, or incorrect scaling settings in your browser. Always test a single label before running a bulk batch.

Printing & Material Financial Loss

By using this platform, you explicitly agree that Smart Label Print is not liable for any financial losses related to printing supplies or materials. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Wasted thermal label rolls or sticker sheets.
  • Consumption of ink, toner, or thermal transfer ribbons.
  • Costs associated with re-labeling shipments rejected by carriers (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Any physical damage to your printing hardware.

If you choose to print a batch of 5,000 labels without verifying the first one, that risk and the resulting material cost is 100% your responsibility.

My Advice is Not Gospel

The blog posts and guides on this site are based on my personal, hard-won experience. However, logistics rules change fast. Carrier policies and government regulations (FSSAI, FDA, BIS) are constantly in flux.
