I've tried to write this in plain English, because I'm a seller, not a lawyer, and I want you to actually understand what you're agreeing to when you use my tools.
By using this website, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, then you can't use the site. Simple as that.
Your Account, Your Responsibility
When you create an account, you're making me a few promises:
- You'll provide accurate info. Please don't sign up with a fake name or a bogus email. I need real info to manage your account and help you if something goes wrong.
- You'll keep your password safe. This one's on you, bro. Your password protects your account and your data. Don't share it. If something happens because your password got out, I can't be held responsible.
If you break the rules or do something shady, I reserve the right to terminate your account. I've never had to do it, and I hope I never will. Let's just be cool to each other.
Using the Label Generators
I'm giving you a license to use the tools on this site to create labels for your personal or business use. Here’s the deal:
- Garbage In, Garbage Out: My tools automate the process of creating labels from the data you provide. If you upload a CSV with the wrong addresses or misspelled product names, the tool will faithfully print labels with the wrong addresses and misspelled names. As I said in my Disclaimer, you are responsible for the accuracy of your own data. Always double-check before you hit print.
- Don't Be a Jerk: Don't use this service for anything illegal. Don't try to hack it, overload the servers, or use it to create fraudulent documents. This tool is built to help small businesses, not to cause problems.
Purchases, Quotas, and Refunds
The business model is simple and I think it's fair:
- Free Trial: You get 100 free labels to test everything.
- One-Time Purchases: If you need more, you can buy a label pack. This is a one-time payment. It is NOT a subscription.
- Lifetime Validity: The labels you buy never expire.
Because the service is a digital good delivered instantly, I have a very strict no-refunds policy, which you can read in full on the Refund Policy page. Please use the free trial to make sure you're happy before you buy.
The Content on This Site (My IP)
The stuff I write on the blog, the way the tools are designed, the logo, the brand name—that's all my intellectual property. I've spent years building it. You can use the labels you generate for your business, of course, but you can't copy my website's code, design, or written content and pass it off as your own. That's just not cool.
The Big 'I Am Not Liable' Clause
This is the big one. I provide these tools "as is." I work my ass off to make them reliable and accurate, but I can't guarantee they will be perfect 100% of the time. Servers can go down, bugs can happen.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Label Print and I (Samir) will not be liable for any damages—lost profits, lost sales, lost data, angry customers—that result from you using (or being unable to use) this service. If you print 10,000 incorrect FNSKU labels and Amazon charges you a fee to re-label them, that financial responsibility is yours, not mine. The tool is a powerful utility, but you are the pilot.
Changes to These Terms
The e-commerce world changes fast, so I might need to update these terms from time to time. If I make a major change, I'll do my best to notify you. By continuing to use the site after any changes, you're agreeing to the new terms.
