I've tried to write this in plain English, because I'm a seller, not a lawyer, and I want you to actually understand what you're agreeing to when you use my tools.

By using this website, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, then you can't use the site. Simple as that.

Using the AI Label Studio & Precision Layouts

Our AI Label Studio Architect provides a high-fidelity environment for creating industrial labels. By using this tool, you acknowledge:

• Millimetric Precision: While we provide layout controls in millimeters (e.g., 50x25mm), the final physical output depends on your browser's print driver and printer calibration. You are responsible for ensuring your physical media matches your digital configuration.
• 100% Scaling Requirement: You MUST print at "Actual Size" or "100% Scale." Any attempt to use "Fit to Page" is a breach of standard operating procedure and will result in misaligned labels.
• Public Blueprints: If you choose to share a template publicly, you grant other users a non-exclusive license to use and modify that layout.

Symbology, Barcodes & 2D Codes

We generate real, scannable 1D Barcodes (Code 128, EAN, UPC) and 2D Codes (DataMatrix, PDF417). This is a critical responsibility area:

• Validation is YOUR Job: You must verify the scannability of every design with a physical scanner before proceeding to bulk printing or commercial application. Smart Label Print provides the engine, but you provide the final quality control.
• Compliance: For retail symbologies (EAN/UPC), you must ensure your data strings comply with GS1 or relevant industrial standards. We do not validate the legality of your product codes.

Your Account & Responsibilities

• Accurate Info: Please don't sign up with fake names or bogus emails. I need real info to help you if something goes wrong.
• Password Safety: This one's on you, bro. Your password protects your account and your designs. Don't share it.

Purchases, Quotas, and Refunds

• Free Trial: You get 3 free guest prints to test the alignment on your specific hardware.
• One-Time Purchases: We offer label packs with lifetime validity. This is NOT a subscription.
• No Refunds: Because our service is a digital good delivered instantly, we have a very strict no-refunds policy. Use the free trial to make sure you're happy before you buy.

Limitation of Liability

The Big 'I Am Not Liable' Clause: I provide these tools "as is." While I work my ass off to make them perfect, I cannot guarantee they will be bug-free 100% of the time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Label Print and I (Samir) will not be liable for any damages—lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or material losses (such as wasted thermal rolls, ink, or toner). If you print 10,000 incorrect labels, that financial responsibility is yours, not mine. The tool is a powerful utility, but you are the pilot.
