Use of Service

Smart Label Print is an organization that offers the label printing service of different types. It grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable revocable license to use the Service in your personal or internal business.

You are not supposed to do any illegal use of the service and you are not supposed to be against any laws that apply to your jurisdiction. You hereby have all the responsibility of whatever data and content you post to the Service.

Purchases and Quotas

The Service provides a free quota of labels. Other labels may be bought with the one time payment plans. Everything is sold and cannot be returned. Granted label quotas also do not run out and last for the duration of purchase.

Intellectual Property

The Service, the original content (not including the user-posted content), features, and functionality are property and will remain the sole property of Smart Label Print and its licensors. Copyright and trademark are some of the laws of the country of origin and foreign countries that protect the Service.

Termination

We can instantly terminate or suspend your account, with or without any prior notice or liability and without any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. When it is terminated, the right to use the Service will be automatically ended.

Limitation of Liability

In any case, Smart Label Print or its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates shall not be liable to any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses caused by your access to or use or inability to access or use the Service.

Changes to Terms

We can, at our own will, amend or change these Terms or not. In case a revision is material we will attempt to give at least 30 days notice before new terms come into effect. The decision on what forms a material change will be made at our own will.
