Smart Label Print

Shipping Policy (The World's Shortest & Most Honest)

Last updated: November 26, 2025

Hey, Samir here. I know what you’re thinking. “A shipping policy for a website that helps me with my shipping? This is getting meta.” You’re right. It’s a little weird, but it’s a question that comes up, and Google likes to see this page, so let’s get straight to it.

The Short Answer: I Don't Ship Anything.

Smart Label Print is a 100% digital service. It's a software tool that lives on the internet. I don’t sell physical printers, label sheets, or anything else that would require a box and a courier.

Think of it like this: I’m providing you with the blueprint (your digital label PDF), but you’re the one who runs the factory (your printer) and provides the raw materials (your A4 sticker sheets or thermal rolls).

So What Does "Delivery" Mean Here?

When you make a purchase on this site, you're not buying a physical product; you're buying a digital good—specifically, a quota of labels you can generate.

Here’s how our “delivery” works:

  1. Instant Gratification: The moment your payment is successfully processed through our secure gateway (Instamojo), our system automatically and instantly credits your account with the label quota you purchased.
  2. No Waiting: There's no "processing time." There's no "dispatch." The 'product' is delivered to your account electronically, typically within 5-10 seconds of a successful payment.
  3. Check Your Dashboard: You can immediately see your new, updated label quota by visiting your Dashboard. The labels are ready to use the second they appear there.

What You Are Responsible For

This is a partnership. I provide the perfectly formatted digital label file. You are responsible for the physical printing. This includes:

  • Having a functional printer (inkjet, laser, or thermal).
  • Having the correct label media (A4 sticker sheets, thermal rolls, etc.).
  • Ensuring your printer is set up correctly (e.g., printing at 100% scale, as I scream about in my blog).

My Personal Story: The Wrong Paper Nightmare. Early in my e-commerce journey, I designed a beautiful product label, but I cheaped out and printed it on regular, non-waterproof sticker paper. I was shipping from Mumbai during the monsoon. You can guess what happened. The first drop of rain turned my beautiful labels into a smudged, inky mess. The product was fine, but the packaging looked like a disaster. It was a lesson: the final output is only as good as the materials you use. The tool provides the file; you provide the quality control on the physical print.

What If My "Delivery" Fails?

It's rare, but technology can sometimes be a pain. If you make a payment and your label quota doesn't show up in your account within a few minutes, don't panic. Just contact me with your payment ID. I'll personally look into the transaction logs and make sure your account is credited correctly. As I mention in my Refund Policy, if there's a technical error on my end, I will always make it right.

That's it. Probably the simplest shipping policy you'll ever read. Now, stop reading legal pages and go ship some products!
